How to Build Chest Muscle

Who man that do not want have good chest shape, of course all man want to have it. Man will be proud with his good chest muscle. Due to that reason, many man do exercise to build good chest shape. But many man do not understand how to build chest muscle with precise.
Not all type of sport will make good chest muscle. Here is some exercise to build your chest muscle.



Push UP
First method that can you try is push up, conventional method but very effective to build your chest muscle. But some people do wrong method when they do push up. The correct method is with widen your hands position, it will more pulled your chest muscle. Push up also can build your belly and back muscle. In order to do not be exhausted, you may push up 15-20 repetition every set. After that you need take a rest and then start push up again.

Dumbbell Flye
For you that often go to the gym, of course you understand what is dumbbell flye. It is exercise to strengthen chest muscle and also make your muscle hands more visible. Commonly this sport do by sleep and both hands carry barble to lift and down and the result is proved can build chest muscle.

Clap Press Up
Almost like push up, but clap press up movement more relax to do. You move like push up, but after body lifted you do clapping. When do the exercise you must sure that the floor do not slippery, if the floor is slippery will make you fall.
