Every people have different energy requirement, maybe you need energy more higher than your friends. You must know what your activity to count your energy requirement. Intake food as sufficiently, that's the important thing. Do not eat snack while you watching television, or you can choose kinds of snack that rich of fibers.

2.  Consuming fruits and vegetables
The best food to resolve obese is food that low calori likes fruits and vegetables. It is rich of fibers and low colori, appropriate for you that have obese. Except that, vitamins and minerals inside fruits and vegetables are very usefull for body health.

3.  Drinking much fresh water
Drink fresh water 6-8 glass a day will increase your body health. You will easier to urine and throw away the trash and toxic in the blood.

4.  Avoiding stress
If you stress, your metabolism will be abnormal. Some people will be lean if stress, but other people on contrary will be more obese. So if you will resolve obese, you must maintain your body from stress.

5.  Taking sport
The most important tips here is taking sport. With sport you will burn fats in the body so your body weight will decreased. Sport that appropriate for obese people is swimming and walking. So what are you waiting for? Let’s take a sport.
