The Fibers Work in Human Body



Fibers are the component of many kinds of foods especially found in vegetables and fruits. The important of fibers to our diet have been known long time ago. We suggested to eat fibers-rich foods everyday to maintain our body health. The fiberes have many benefit for health, one of them is to making easier for moving bowels. How the fibers can make we moving bowels more easier? 

Fibers made from glucose molecule that binding each other to build fibers structure. Fibers naturally can be produced by plants. They produce fibers to build the cell wall to protect the cell from damaging. That structure presents in all body part of plants. Eating plants body like vegetables or fruits means we consume much of fibers inside it.

In our body, fibers can not be broken by digestion enzyme due to its strong structure. The fibers will still in its structure in the gut. People who eat foods rich of fibers will produce more dense bowels, on the contrary people who eat less fibers will produce soft bowels. The structure of dense bowels making our intestines easier to push the bowels and move it exit from the body. The easy and difficult of moving bowels is important in body health. The difficult moving bowels will increase the potention of ambeien.

Fibers are important to our body health, we must consume it everyday. Fibers-rich foods like vegetables and fruits will make easier to moving bowels. Easier moving bowels means we free from threatening of ambeien.
