In the research, mice that fed a high fat diet and added by green tea gained weight in slower rate than mice that were not fed with green tea. But you can't found same effect in bottled green tea, because it have been added with high ammount of sugar. To get the benefit of green tea you can make green tea by yourself with no or a little bit of sugar.

Tea can reduce high blood pressure
Journal of American Medical Association revealed that black tea help to reduce high blood pressure. Today life with many junkfood make many people have high blood pressure. High blood pressure may will develop heart attack and stroke. Luckily, everyday consumtion of black tea can help reduce high blood pressure. The fun does not stop there, black tea also can reduce stress level. You can drink black tea in cold or in hot, it is usefull at all.

Tea can help you look younger
White tea has high ammount of polyphenol that very usefull for our body. Polyphenol known as great compound that can inhibit wrinkle forming by colagen and elastin tissue. Wrinkles are enemies for many people, especially women. White tea acts as army to defeat the wrinkles, although it will not fully cleans the skin from wrinkles, but it will slower the formation of wrinkles.
