5 Foods With More Vitamin C Than Oranges

Many people know that orange are the natural source of vitamin C, they thinks that orange is the best source of vitamin C. Obviously there are many kinds of food that have higher amount of vitamin C. This food are very common in our meals, but we don't know that it's contain much of vitamin C. Normal size of orange (130 g) has 70 mg of vitamin C, you can compare it with the foods bellow. Here are 5 foods with more vitamin C than oranges.

Chili pepper
A half-cup of chopped chili paper contain aproximatelly 108 mg vitamin C inside it. Vitamin C or ascorbic acid has sour taste but why chili peppers don't sour? it is because there are capsaicin that make hot taste. The hot taste more strong than the sour, so our tongue make deal with hot taste.

Red bell pepper
A cup of chopped red bell pepper contain 210 mg of vitamin C. It is also source of vitamin A that very usefull to eye health.

Brocoli
A serving brocoli contain 132 mg of vitamin C. Brocoli are also much of fibers that benefit to digestion system. Some research have proved that brocoli will acts as anticancer to the body.

Papaya
A cup serving of papaya contain 84 mg of vitamin C. Eats papaya also will make our skins more brightening.

Kiwi
Two serving of kiwi (about two fruits) contain 138 mg of vitamin C. Kiwi are also rich of potassium and copper that benefit for many metabolism processes.
