Your home is your gym, you can forming sixpack belly in your home. Here is some training to forming sixpack belly without gym.

¾ Sit Up, 3 Set 10-12 repetition
This is a conventional training that most famous to forming sixpack belly without gym, effectively to train all belly muscle.
steps
- Take a recumbent position
- Order your friend to hold your end foot/hold your end foot with barbell
- Lift your body up
- Down slowly until ¾ movement (do not let your back touch the floor)
- Raise up your body again


Lower Back Curl, 3 set 8-10 repetition
This training also effective to forming sixpack belly in home. Except trains belly muscle, this training also increase flexibility of back and effective to decrease back ache.
Steps
- Body facing down
- Focus your view to the front
- Your hands in the body side
- Palm of hands face to the floor
- Raise your body with strength of belly and back muscle
- Hold a seconds
- Back to first position


Air Bike, 3 Set 60 seconds
This training will burn your calory much more than 2 training above, and trains top, side, and bottom of your belly muscle.
Steps
- Take a recumbent position
- Hands in the back of head
- Lift and bend your leg form a 90 degree angle
- Do padaling motion
- Turn your body to the right when your right foot came to near
- Turn your body to the left when your left foot came to near
