Lemon Water Will Speeds Up Healing Your Wound

Wound may occur after you have an accident or you take work heavier. Some people will very afraid about their wounds, especially if the wound occur in their faces. Girls will hate this condition due it will lower their beauties. The wound will healed by the body itself, but it is usually take a time. A large wound need more times to healing.

Many people will looking for medicines or some compounds that can be used to speed up healing wound. Something that few people know, there is simple method to speeds up healing wound, it is lemon water. It will help to healing faster due to it is contain much of vitamin C.

Vitamin C will acts as antioxidant to the free radicals, it also important to build new collagen tissues. The tissue is important in healing process, the faster of collagen producing is the faster of healing process. As antioxidant it will help the body to remove toxic that will make wound go badly.

You can drink lemon water everyday and it is safe for your body. You can drink 8 glasses of lemon water a day  if you want. There is no disease found caused by drink to much lemon water. It is safe, easy, and healthy.

Vegetable Salad to Diet

Vegetable salad is healthy food due to rich of fibers and nutritions that good for body. Recipe for vegetable salad is simple and easy to make it. Important to remember is that to make vegetable salad must use vegetable that fresh and clean. Here is the recipe for you.



Material:
  • Red lettuce 4 slices (cut into pieces)
  • Green lettuce 4 slices (cut into pieces)
  • 1 red tomato (thinly sliced)
  • ½ red paprika (small pieces)
  • Bleached tuna 3 spoons
  • Olive oils as sufficiently
  • ½ lemon (take the water and grate the skin)
  • Grated cheese as sufficiently
  • Black pepper as sufficiently
  • Salt as sufficiently

Method:
  • Prepare the salad bowl and mix red lettuce, green lettuce, pieces of paprika, tomato, bleached tuna, and grated of lemon skin.
  • Pour the olive oil and lemon water. Add black pepper, salt, and stir with spatula.
  • Serve in plate and strew with grated cheese.
  • Healthy and tasty vegetable salad ready to eat.

How to Make Berry Yogurt


After take a sport, you may feel hungry. Eat food rich of carbohydrates and fats after take a sport not very suggested. One of the food that appropriate after take a sport is youghurt. In this post I will share a recipe to make berry yogurt that very yummy.

Material needed
1. 250 gr of berry freezing (strawberry, raspberry, mul berry , etc)
2. 250 gr of yogurt (very suggested to use Greek youghurt that do not contain fats)
3. 1 spon of honey (can be changed with syroup)

Procedure
1. Mix berry freezing, yogurt, and honey or syroup into food processor in 20 seconds.
2. After mixed well and textured like ice cream, youghurt ready to eat

Note
1. If you do not have food processor you can mixed manually in the bowl
2. Youghurt that best to eat after take a sport is Greek yogurt because of high proteins content that can         repair muscle damaging.

A simple recipe but very tasty and useful.
