Material needed
1. 250 gr of berry freezing (strawberry, raspberry, mul berry , etc)
2. 250 gr of yogurt (very suggested to use Greek youghurt that do not contain fats)
3. 1 spon of honey (can be changed with syroup)
Procedure
1. Mix berry freezing, yogurt, and honey or syroup into food processor in 20 seconds.
2. After mixed well and textured like ice cream, youghurt ready to eat
Note
1. If you do not have food processor you can mixed manually in the bowl
2. Youghurt that best to eat after take a sport is Greek yogurt because of high proteins content that can repair muscle damaging.
A simple recipe but very tasty and useful.
