We are often hearing that consume junk food is not healthy. But, many people do not know what is junk food?
While hearing word junk food we immediately think about fried chicken with seasoned flour, and also burger with delicious souce. Actually junk food is food that high fats, much salts, sugars, high calory but low nutrition, vitamins, minerals, and fibers.
There are many kinds of food around us that including to junk food. Here is some food that better avoided because it is kinds junk food.
Fried foods
Fried foods have high calory, fats and oils. If you regularly consume this food you may be obese, threatened to be heart coroner and cancer.
Canned foods
Canned fruits or canned meat, nutrition inside it have been broken. The vitamins almost broken. Except this, many canned fruits have high contain of sugars that will increase high concentration of blood sugars.
Brined foods
In the process of making brined foods need to adding much salt, high concentration of salt will increasing of kidney works, increasing kidney loads.
High salts can destroy mucous membran of stomack and intestines. If you regularly consume salty foods will increasing possibility of hypertension.
Sweetened foods
Many foods have high content of sugars that give bad effect to human body. High sugar content can incerase probability of diabetes disease. It also make obese in many people.
Processing meats (ham, sossis, etc)
Contain nitrite salts that causing cancer, also contain preservative and dye compound that load the liver works.
High fats meat and innards
Although contain much proteins, vitamins, and minerals, fatty meat and innards contain saturated fats and cholesterol that causing heart illness.
